Another SUV rollover crash today

Every day I see car crashes, intestines hanging out on the highway 2 days ago on I-40. I see dead people.

This is rare on the Dragon, where most just dust themselves off and go on about thier business, with a little help from their new friends.

The crash video today: SUVs are top-heavy with a high center of gravity, solid axles have a high roll center, causing premature roll overs. This crash was in light rain, just enough to make the road greasy, not enough to rinse it clean. Preceeding blind curves were tight radius, this curves was a clear view with a wide radius. Crash was at the entrance of a trucking construction company that had just minutes before graded a gravel road into mud, with leaking diesel fuel making the roadway extra lubricated at corner entry to that crash site. Rapid emergency response. Unkown medical outcome. Unkown if Nissan Pathfinder was 2x4 or 4x4.

This crash victim probably drove through that curve 1,000 times. But not with that combination of greasy diesel rain mud on the aspalt. Rookie mistake on a race track.

I had a vicious tankslapper in similar conditions on my old pre-sportbike Honda Nighthawk, at the entrance to a series of truckstops off I-40/I-75 at Watt Road. Hit the braskes o na wet road downhill, to avoid hitting a tractor trailer locking up his rear tires. Lesson learned: Leaky fork seals and rusty forks can kill. Never ride a motorcycle seized up with a rusty condom on top, even if it's free.

That is all.
