Let the Slayer hatin begin!

THE DRAGONATER WINS IN TRAFFIC COURT AT DEALS GAP, RAISES SPEED LIMIT TO 65 MPH ON THE DRAGON - NOLLE PROSEQUI BY BLOUNT COUNTY ATTORNEY GENERAL. NO TESTIMONY, HEARING NOR TRIAL WHATSOEVER. 60 MPH SPEEDING TICKET DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE, COSTS PAID BY THE STATE, IN BLOUNT COUNTY GENERAL SESSIONS COURT WITH JUDGE BREWER. THP TROOPER RANDALL HUCKEBY ADMITTED ON VIDEOTAPE DURING TRAFFIC STOP THAT ALL SPEEDING TICKETS NORTHBOUND ON US129 AT MILE MARKER 0.5 ARE FEDERAL JURISDICTION, NOT STATE JURISDICTION (VIDEO BY THE DRAGONATER). TDOT ADMITTED IN WRITING THAT THE MANDATORY TRAFFIC ENGINEERING SURVEY SPEED AUDIT WAS NEVER PERFORMED, IN VIOLATION OF TN CODE, THUS THE POSTED 30 MPH SPEED LIMIT ON THE DRAGON REVERTS TO THE DEFAULT 65 MPH IN TN CODE. THE DRAGONATER ALSO MADE VIDEO OF TROOPER HUCKEBY SPEEDING UP TO 60 MPH ON THE DRAGON IN A 30 MPH ZONE, WITHOUT MANDATORY EMERGENCY LIGHTS NOR SIREN, IN VIOLATION OF TN CODE, AND PERJURY IN HIS PERSONNEL FILE, WHICH SHOWED HIS $100,000+ SALARY. 2007 TDOT SAFETY AUDIT REPORT CONFESSED THAT THP'S JOB IS TO BAN ALL COMMERCIAL BUSINESSES ON THE DRAGON, SO THP TICKETS INCREASED 11,400% IN BLOUNT COUNTY. THP'S STALKER RADAR OPERATOR MANUAL CONFESSED THAT RADAR CANNOT MEASURE THE SPEED OF VEHICLES WITHIN 18 MPH OF ACTUAL SPEED. WATCH THIS SPACE FOR FULL EVIDENCE FILE. UPDATE 7 MARCH 2011

"This video was shot for entertainment purpose only. The video was shot for a trail run on for upcoming videos from the race team for the website from the race track. Also the video was shot in the downtime of riding season with approx. 10 people on the Dragon that day. Jared was not close to running at full pace and never once was out of control. We would NEVER do anything like this during peak season on a SATURDAY afternoon. Again this video was shot for WINTER entertainment and was not intended to offend anyone. And from what I have seen on the forum seems like the video is providing that even if you don't like it."

Expert on us 129 deals gap the dragon's tail - Banned by WERA Wanker with 86,000 posts, video censored. Just like biker mags never discuss how to beat traffic tickets, and just sell adverts for radar detectors manufactured by the Police State Industrial Complex to profit their mafiya insurance extortion racket advertisors. Commenters were also banned. WERA wannaberacers wanna yank the WERA license of all involved. BTW there is no such thing as a "LAW ABIDING motorcyclist", nor a law-abiding driver, since all normal safe driving is "illegal" (cops just ignore them pesky Constitutions). Funny how only fascist nations build sportbikes, and engineering in USA is DOA... Too many cops and soldier assassins in WERA, apparently.

R6 Haulin' A$$ on the Gap

Comment by Deputy Gangsta Hatfeild Vs McCoy Spiderman, owner of the Official Yamaha R6 forum and Godfather at Deals Gap, as seen on Speed TV:

This is just some general statements on the whole your a squid if you aren't on the track 24/7 mentality..

We have a big event at Deals Gap every year (this year marks the 10th year). It is one of the most fun weeks you'll ever spend. We also have track events we attend regularly.

The whole mentality of drawing a line between racers and street riders is a weird line sometimes.. You'll have riders that do both (street and track ride) and others that strictly only track ride and call anyone on the street in a jacket a squid. When a self proclaimed fast guy rides on the street to say he has never ridden a wheelie or dropped a knee on the ground is usually bs but either way some of those guys ride the gap daily and after 6 it's usually a ghost town out there and they are responsible for themselves.

For me it's all about the riding itself and promoting the sport as a whole. Is it totally safe no and should it have been done .. Not really but do each of us do crazy stuff on the sport we love... YES

I suggest getting out and riding and not worrying so much about what others are doing as long as your are paying attention while you are riding and being safe. Have fun with the sport. I love the track and wish I could be on it every day but also cannot live without a romp in the mountains after a stressful week of work and if you've never done a tour of the country on a bike you need to.

A bunch of Candy asses over at the Wera Forums!

Go pretend racing on the weekends wishing they could be Mat Mladin!

Usually end up broke chasing dreams.

How does one ever memorize those 13 turns and manage to get a sport bike around a corner as wide as an airport runway.

How does one ever manage the fear of sliding into that nasty pee gravel.

I suppose the guy's who street race the Isle of Man are just another group of squids.

Going through life worrying about dieing trying to minimize risk!

Don't get me wrong, I don't have a death wish or anything but it seems some of us have different DNA.

If you are scared of the dark go buy a night light for Christ sake!

As for me, I'm not spending thousands of dollars a year trying to minimize risk or trying to justify track days to my wife telling her it's so much safer than street riding.

Just ask all of the guy's who have crashed and got injured or even died on the track, they will tell you it's much safer.

Go curl up in the corner in the fetal position and suck your thumbs.

Better yet!

Go dip into your kids college fund to buy that $8,000.00 used set of super bike forks that will make you faster. Only to discover, it did in fact make you faster. by a full .01 of a second!

News flash, It's not the bike!

You should have tried twisting your right wrist a little more.

I'll take my 8ft lane and 4ft of run off roadway lined with trees with a side of 200ft to the bottom with a slice of life. Oh!, and hold the whining.

So you think your [sic] fast?

Posting a video, and full name, of a rider doing 100+ mph in a 35 mph zone on a public forum frequented by LEOs is probably not the brightest thing I've ever seen...

Man Arrested After Posting 195 MPH Corvette Run On YouTube

The statute of limitations on reckless driving is one year in TN. So a SWAT raid may still be in 'Jared's' future? But a probable cause hearing in general sessions court would have to prove jurisdiction within that one year time limit, or risk being sued for false arrest and malicious prosecution.

Fair to say THP will now use this vid as its training tool for shuttin down the Dragon in 2011. Because driving skill is a crime in USSA.

Is this why Killboy quit ridin bikes?

Why not drive at any speed you want on the Dragon, or any other highway, depending on what your skill and your equipment can handle? History Channel drove 212 mph on the German Autobahn in commuter traffic, at night, in the rain, 100% legal, with a better safety record than 55 on a US interstate.

No stinkin speed limit for aircraft. Freedom...use it or lose it. Everyone who wants a Police State can move to Commie China and get a job working at 20-cents an hour for Walmart.

The Dragonater proves smoking and racing are dangerous to your health and wealth. The average smoker spends $100,000 to $400,000 buying tobacco, and tobacco kills 400,000 US citizens every year, with 100% approval and taxation from Big Brother's Police State, where you need a DRIVER LICENSE to buy tobacco.
